Definitely, and that makes a lot of sense and is a refreshingly community oriented/collectivist approach. I was talking more about experiences I've had, or clients have had, in workplaces that are habitually and intentionally understaffed (I've experienced this a lot in non-profits, but it is also rampant in the service industry), where "think about what this will do to your coworkers" is used to manipulate people into not taking the time off they need.
